🚀 Getting Started
How do I add my first baby?
When you first open the app, tap the "Add Your First Baby" button. Enter your baby's name, gender, and date of birth. You can add multiple babies by tapping the "Add Baby" card on the main screen.
How do I record a temperature?
On the main screen, tap the thermometer icon with the plus sign next to your baby's name. Enter the temperature reading and any notes, then tap "Save Reading".
How do I view temperature history?
Tap on your baby's name from the main screen to view their complete temperature history, including charts and fever alerts.

What temperature ranges indicate a fever?
The app uses standard pediatric guidelines:
• Normal: Below 100.4°F (38°C)
• Low Fever: 100.4°F - 102.2°F (38°C - 39°C)
• Moderate Fever: 102.2°F - 104°F (39°C - 40°C)
• High Fever: Above 104°F (40°C)
Can I track multiple babies?
Yes! TemperTrack supports multiple baby profiles. Each baby has their own temperature history and settings.
Is my data secure?
All your data is stored locally on your device. We don't collect or transmit any personal information to external servers.
Can I export my temperature data?
Currently, data is stored locally on your device. We're working on export features for future updates.
How do I edit or delete a baby profile?
Go to the baby list screen, find the baby you want to edit, and use the edit or delete options. Note: Deleting a baby will remove all their temperature history.
The app shows "time since last reading" - what does this mean?
This feature shows how long it's been since you last recorded a temperature for that baby (e.g., "2 hours ago", "Just now"). This helps you track when you might need to check their temperature again.

The app is crashing or not working properly
Try restarting the app. If problems persist, restart your device. Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed.
I can't see all my temperature readings
Make sure you're viewing the correct baby's profile. Temperature readings are stored separately for each baby.
The fever alerts aren't showing correctly
Fever alerts are based on the temperature you enter. Make sure you're entering the correct temperature value and using the right unit (Fahrenheit or Celsius).
